Running To XS

A few weeks after joining XS, I participated in my 3rd marathon in Virginia Beach, Va. Anyone who has ever participated in endurance activities can tell you that over the course of a few hours of exertion your mind will wander all over the place thinking about anything and everything. Early in this race I began to think about my time so far at XS. One thing that really stood out to me during my first few days is that what I was “sold” about the company during the interview process was actually no sales pitch at all, but truly indeed the way XS operates from the top down each day, every day.
